January-31-2010. Although a personal agreement has been made between me and Beyoncé she has unfortunately not returned the crucial documents that are needed in order for us to continue with the production of the remake and be able to take it forward to a production company including Universal. I have therefore been forced to cancel the project. The remake is far from doomed though as previously stated and could become reality within the next two years after I have had another chat with Beyoncé. She have requested to meet me again soon.

While we're all waiting be sure to cop Beyoncé's hit single "Single Ladies (Put a ring on it)" which is available in stores everywhere.

The pilot script for the remake was completed in December 2007. It was written by me (Marten) and John Ceallach and is available for reading by producers and film directors.
