21. Question: Will your remake of AS&J really be called Alias Smith and Jones as the final title?

Answer: It depends entirely on the people we have to deal with. I am currently working with Beyoncé. She will of course help me claim the property rights from NBCUniversal. If we are not allowed to use the name "Alias Smith and Jones" we will of course give it some other title. And if we are unlucky we might even have to change the names of the characters too. But I promise it will still be AS&J because I refuse to change too many things in the script. It's simply too perfect.

22. Question: Are you related to any other celebrity other than the Deuel's?

Answer: I am related to Tage Danielsson. One of Sweden's most famous actors, movie directors and Max von Sydow who played the role of father Merrin in the Exorcist. I do also suspect that I am closely related to Glen A. Larson the creator of Alias Smith and Jones, but that's something I can't prove yet. I hope to find out soon though as I am currently doing a research on him and most recently I was actually offered help by a friend of Glen's son to investigate in this, we will have to wait and see how things develops.

25. Question: How long have this website been up?

Answer: The website was founded on: 07-19-2004, about a year after the actual project was started.

26. Question: Is Universal backing your project?

Answer: No they are not.

27. Question: What is the teaser trailer you're mentioning on your website?

Answer: In 2007 me and some friends of mine were scheduled to film a teaser trailer (Possibly in Arizona). It was going to be screened exclusively for Universal. Due to some issues that arised the teaser never became reality.

28. Question: Have you been in contact with Universal regarding the remake?

Answer: I have personally made a few failed attempts to contact Universal in the past. They never responded since I didn't contact them the correct way, which is through an agent or manager. However in 2007 about the same time we were scheduled to film the teaser trailer. The producer of the remake made some new plans and decided he was going to book an appointment with them while trying to sell Shattered Heroes an indepedent WWII-Drama film that he had been working on. Things never completely materialised and that movie have now been cancelled.

29. Question: Don't you need permission from Universal to do this project?

Answer: I get this question a lot, and it is asked in many different ways. You don't need permission to start a project. What you need as a filmmaker from a big studio such as Universal is a permission to distribute and in some cases permission to film a remake and my co-worker and I haven't even come that far with the project yet. The project is actually so far nothing but an unsold pilot script. Many people have a hard time understanding that.

30. Question: Is the remake going to be a feature film or a TV-series?

Answer: A TV-series of course. I have never had any plans on making a theatrical movie of Smith and Jones as the story wouldn't allow it.

31. Question: Are you producing/directing the remake?

Answer: Ha! Ha! I get this question a lot and it really amuses me. People think that I am some hot shot producer or movie director. The answer is therefore no, I am not a producer/director and have currently no plans on becoming one. I just don't have it in me leading a group of people. They wouldn't listen to me. In the remake I am going to act and be part of the screen writing, cutting each episode and if the production company allows me to I want to choose the actors with the casting director. Because that's a big issue in Hollywood today. Most actors are so boring and have no great personalities like the old time actors used to have in the good old days, while it was still fun to watch films and TV. Hollywood simply needs a change.

32. Question: I am 30-49 years old. Can I be your woman?

Answer: Give me some time and I'll think ABOUT IT.

33. Question: What is your position in the project?

Answer: I am the founder. The man who came up with it all and this website's webmaster. Before that I was the project's leader. It included the following job tasks: Promoting the project and its pilot script, casting it, networking with my co-workers including Hollywood professionals and running the website.

34. Question: Why is the guestbook down?

Answer: A group of anonymous people with emotional issues have harassed me and the remake by posting sick comments in the guestbook and it has been going on for quite some time. Harassment is a serious crime and I do not support it in any way. This is the reason why it has been closed down but it will be back eventually.
